Shipping policy
- Processing time — We ship every Wednesday & Friday.
- Shipping methods & timeframes — standard vs express, and estimated delivery times by region (e.g. domestic 2–8 days, international 6–27 days)
- Shipping costs — Please check at checkout.
- Order tracking — tracking is provided unless it's a letter object. (Mailing club for example.)
- Lost or damaged parcels — Refund or exchange. Photo needs to be provided.
- Undeliverable packages — The cost will be bare by the customer.
